RETURN WINDOW

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • The item is in its original condition
  • All original tags are attached
  • The hygiene seal is intact and has not been removed or tampered with

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.


RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the request and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

REFUNDS

Once the return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
